We do not control or operate any airline, nor do we own any shipping company, hotel, transport, or any other facility or service mentioned on the site. We cannot be held responsible for any lack of service by any independent agency, airline, transport operator, hotel, or any other service provider.
Internet Transactions
By using the account access service on the VRIS Holidays website, the user authorizes VRIS Holidays and its agents to access third-party sites, such as those of banks and payment gateways, designated by them or on their behalf, for retrieving requested information.
While registering, the user will choose a password and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account. The user is fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur while using their password or account. It is the duty of the user to notify VRIS Holidays immediately in writing of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security. VRIS Holidays will not be liable for any loss incurred by the user as a result of unauthorized use of the password or account, with or without their knowledge. The user shall not use the password of any other person at any time.
Payment Gateway Bookings
In the rare event of a reservation not getting confirmed for any reason, we will process the refund and intimate you of the same. VRIS Holidays is not under any obligation to make another booking in lieu of, or to compensate or replace, the unconfirmed one. All subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions with no reference to the earlier unconfirmed reservation.
Any refunds arising from any transaction with VRIS Holidays due to any cancellation of the booking for any reason shall be processed by VRIS Holidays to the same bank account, debit card, or credit card used by the user to make the payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Every booking made with VRIS Holidays is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary depending on flight and booking class. Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline policy, in which event VRIS Holidays will not be responsible for any refund. Applicable convenience fees will be non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation by the user, or flight cancellation by the airline.
Over and above the airline cancellation charges, VRIS Holidays may levy a handling fee per passenger per segment for each cancellation. Cancellation requests received through our online or telephonic customer support platforms shall be entertained. VRIS Holidays shall not be liable to entertain cancellation requests made through any other medium.
For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you will need to contact the concerned airline directly, and VRIS Holidays shall not be responsible for such requests. Convenience fees and any discounts availed at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Amendments
If you amend or alter your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare as applicable. If the new fare is lower than the original fare, the difference will not be refunded, and rebooking charges as applicable will be collected. The charges levied by airlines are non-refundable in the case of cancellation after amendment. In addition to the airline amendment charges, VRIS Holidays may charge a non-refundable amendment handling fee.
Refunds
It is mandatory to contact VRIS Holidays for all refund requests, as the airline will not process refunds for tickets booked through VRIS Holidays. For paper tickets, the same must be surrendered to VRIS Holidays and must reach us within 48 hours from the time of cancellation to enable us to get the tickets endorsed by the concerned airline on your behalf. If your paper ticket is lost or damaged, the airline will not be able to process a refund request, and VRIS Holidays shall not be responsible for such rejection.
All cancellations made directly with the airline must be immediately intimated to VRIS Holidays via email or phone in order to initiate the refund process. The duration required for processing cancellation and refund requests may vary. VRIS Holidays shall refund your cancellation only after the respective airline or service provider processes the same to VRIS Holidays as per your eligible refund. VRIS Holidays will not be responsible for any flight reschedule or cancellation by the airline.
Use of Your Mobile Number
VRIS Holidays may send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change, or any other information relevant to the transaction via SMS or voice call on the contact number given by the user at the time of booking. VRIS Holidays may also contact the user by voice call, SMS, or email in case the user has not concluded the booking, to understand their preference and to assist them.
The user unconditionally consents that such communication via SMS or voice call by VRIS Holidays is (a) upon the request and authorization of the user, (b) transactional and not unsolicited commercial communication as per applicable telecom regulations, and (c) in compliance with the relevant guidelines of the applicable authority. The user will indemnify VRIS Holidays against all losses and damages incurred due to any action taken by a regulatory authority or access provider arising from an erroneous complaint raised by the user, or due to a wrong number or email address provided by the user.
Onus on the User
The user warrants that they will abide by all additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the services. The user further warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the services with respect to the jurisdiction concerned for each transaction. The user represents and confirms that they are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and are not barred from availing the services under applicable law.

VRIS Holidays is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or representations on any of its pages, or on any links, or on any of the linked website pages. VRIS Holidays does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any advertiser on its web pages. Users are requested to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before relying on it. The linked sites are not under the control of VRIS Holidays, and VRIS Holidays is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any changes or updates to such sites. These links are provided only as a matter of convenience, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
Insurance
Unless explicitly provided by VRIS Holidays in a specific service or deliverable, obtaining sufficient insurance coverage is the obligation of the user based on their own risk perception, and VRIS Holidays does not accept responsibility for the same. It is highly recommended that the user acquires adequate insurance cover to secure their life, health, and property to cover any eventualities associated with travel, including health, accidental injury, loss, and liability.
Insurance, if any, included in the tour price may be a standard travel insurance policy provided by a third-party insurance service provider, and the scope of the cover may be limited, the details of which shall be provided at the time of confirmation of your booking. The user is advised to discuss their insurance needs directly with their insurance agent before proceeding on the tour. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation; please read the terms and conditions of the insurance document carefully. The user would have a direct contractual relationship with the insurer and should check the accuracy of the insurance policy, reporting any error to the insurer directly, as VRIS Holidays would not be responsible for the same.
Force Majeure Circumstances
The user agrees that there can be exceptional circumstances where service providers such as airlines, hotels, or transportation providers may be unable to honor confirmed bookings due to reasons such as climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or international events. If VRIS Holidays is informed in advance of such situations, it will make its best efforts to provide a similar alternative or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by the respective service operator.
The user agrees that VRIS Holidays, being an agent for facilitating booking services, shall not be responsible for any such circumstances or resultant financial impact, and the customer must contact the service provider directly for further resolutions and refunds. Any refund for services that were not delivered by the service provider is subject to VRIS Holidays receiving the amount from the said service provider. VRIS Holidays shall not be held liable for any delay in refund or non-refund from the service provider.
VRIS Holidays shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, fire, strikes, embargo, acts of government, acts of terrorism, or similar causes, or problems at the end of airlines, rails, buses, hotels, or transporters. In such event, the affected user will be promptly given notice as the situation permits.
Without prejudice to the above, the maximum liability of VRIS Holidays arising under any circumstances, in respect of any services offered on the site, shall be limited to the refund of the total amount received from the customer for availing the services, less any cancellation, refund, or other charges as applicable. In no case shall the liability include any loss, damage, additional expense, or any loss beyond the amount charged by VRIS Holidays for its services.
Safety of Data Downloaded
The user understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done entirely at their own discretion and risk, and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material. Nevertheless, VRIS Holidays will always make its best efforts to ensure that the content on its websites or other information channels is free of any virus or other malware.
Feedback and Solicitation
The user is aware that VRIS Holidays provides various services and authorizes VRIS Holidays to contact the user with offers on various services through direct mailers, emailers, telephone calls, SMS, or any other medium, from time to time. If the customer chooses not to be contacted, they may write to VRIS Holidays for specific exclusion or provide their preferences to the respective service provider. General Provisions
You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your own risk as to cost and consequences. VRIS Holidays requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories before booking travel to certain international or domestic destinations. By offering travel to particular destinations, VRIS Holidays does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk, and does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, or length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
VRIS Holidays, its affiliates, and their respective suppliers are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any air carriers, hotels, embassies, consulates, or other suppliers, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. They have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure, or other causes beyond their direct control, and have no responsibility for any additional expense, omission, delay, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, and services.
